Elise has a heart for teens and desires to write young adult fiction stories rooted in Christ for them. She serves in middle school ministry, is a Library Trustee, and her work history includes Publisher Relations at a book retailer.
Elise is the mom of three boys, twenty-five hens, and forty houseplants. She lives her “happily ever after” on a homestead in Central Illinois with her husband, Steve where they maintain a large garden, orchard, and fruit plots.
Their family loves traveling to her husband’s hometown of Park Rapids, Minnesota, and Elise’s family’s dairy farm in Viola, Wisconsin. Their family has a goal to visit all the National Parks.
